Stock Pack’s web servers automatically recognize and collect information only for internal review and then discard it. Email addresses are not automatically collected.

Stock Pack uses this information it collects to improve functionality, like search and site navigation, not for external marketing purposes. Telephone numbers provided on-line will be called only if we has questions specific to your request.

If users provide their email or mailing address, Stock Pack will send notifications, such as order confirmations, via email. Users may also receive occasional offers from us. Users may opt out at any time.

Shipping Policy

Stock Pack ships prepaid and invoices you for the charges.

UPS or Fedex is used whenever possible. However, should your order exceeds size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected to speed delivery to you.
Custom products will be quoted to you with freight costs specified
Local delivery via our carrier is available for clients with in 30 miles. Please advise if you wish us to quote this type of delivery for you.

Returns

Call 1-877 52BOXES to receive an authorization number and return the merchandise within 30 days.

Cancelled Orders

Customers are responsible for shipping charges on cancelled orders.

Prices

Stock Pack strives to maintain prices at the lowest level. Occasionally, prices change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.
